Introduction to Western Philosophy (hillsdale.edu)

This might be a good course, or it might not. I'd be skeptical, and triangulate with other sources. Which is probably good advice for any course, but does involve substantial effort.

Hillsdale College has opted to receive no federal funding so as to not have to do any affirmative action. I realize that Hillsdale has anti-discrimination in its charter and so forth, but this does seem like a red flag.

Hillsdale publications have taken up the weird Anti-Critical Race Theory crusade: https://imprimis.hillsdale.edu/critical-race-theory-fight/ which is not a good sign, since that's entirely a propaganda effort.

If I did this course, I'd not take any of it on faith.

Excellent course that guides through the classic works of philosophy. Going through Aristotle now and it's been very illuminating. I can't fathom why they don't teach these things in school.
